AI Advisory

You know AI matters. This is where you find out where it fits.

We spend one focused hour together — you tell me where you stand and what you are weighing, and I tell you what I see. A few days later a short written briefing lands: my read on your position, and the concrete next steps worth taking. No jargon unless you want it, no upsell, no obligation beyond the hour.

CHF 750 · one 60-minute session over Google Meet · written briefing within three business days

The session, and the briefing.

The AI Advisory is sold as one thing, not an hour of consulting time. You are not buying minutes; you are buying an outcome with a written document attached. The session is where the thinking happens. The briefing is what you keep.

That written briefing is what turns an hour of talk into something durable — a short document you can act on, circulate, or use to brief your own team. It reflects your technical level, sets out where you currently stand with AI, and names the concrete next steps worth taking.

01

An optional pre-session intake

Complete it and the hour is sharper and more targeted. Skip it and we simply talk and see where it leads. Voluntary by design.

02

One focused 60-minute session

Over Google Meet, in your browser. No account, no download. The conversation follows your situation, not a fixed script.

03

A written briefing

One page, maybe two, within three business days. Where you stand with AI today, and the concrete next steps worth taking.

Bring a question. Any of these is a good place to start.

  • Whether AI is the right tool for a specific problem
  • How to evaluate AI vendors, tools, or proposals you have received
  • What a realistic AI adoption path looks like for your organisation
  • How to assess the capability of an AI system or agent workflow
  • What questions to ask before committing to a build
  • A second opinion on a direction you are already moving in

Booking takes a minute. Five steps, start to briefing.

The fee is settled before any time is spent, so the hour is yours from the moment it begins. Here is the whole path.

  1. 01

    Choose a 60-minute slot

Pick a time that works for you. If you would like the hour to be more targeted, complete the short pre-session intake while you are there — it is optional, and skipping it is fine.

  2. 02

    Pay CHF 750 to confirm

Payment is taken in full, upfront. One fixed price, paid when you book — the slot confirms the moment it clears. Quoted in Swiss francs.

  3. 03

    Get your Google Meet link

It lands in your calendar automatically, on both sides. There is nothing to install — you join from the browser, on any computer.

  4. 04

    We spend the hour together

You tell me where you stand and what you are weighing; I tell you what I see. One focused conversation, no fixed agenda beyond your situation.

  5. 05

    Your briefing arrives

Within three business days — a short written document, one page or two: where you stand with AI, and the next steps worth taking. Yours to keep.

You leave with clarity. Nothing follows that you did not ask for.

No follow-up pitch, no proposal, no further obligation. The fee is fixed and one-time; it is not credited against future work, because there is no future work assumed. If something larger emerges from the conversation, we can talk about that separately.

Some clients book once and have everything they need. Others use it as the beginning of a longer relationship. Both are equally valid.

Availability is limited. Send a short note with what you would like to discuss, and Robin replies with the next open times.
