[DE] Agreement to these terms
[DE] These terms govern your use of the temu.swiss website and the AI Advisory service offered through it. By using the site or booking the Advisory, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.
[DE] Any separate written agreement we sign with you for a specific engagement takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
[DE] Who we are
[DE] temu.swiss and the AI Advisory are provided by Temu AG, a company registered in Zurich, Switzerland. You can reach us at privacy@temu.swiss.
[DE] Using this website
[DE] You may read, share, and link to this site freely. In return, you agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it; no scraping or automated harvesting beyond what robots.txt permits; and nothing unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
[DE] We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
[DE] Our content and intellectual property
[DE] The text, design, code, the Temu name and mark, and the writing in the Compendium are owned by Temu AG or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other rights. The Temu mark and name may not be used without our written permission.
[DE] You may quote short passages of the Compendium with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell, or present our content as your own, or use it to train models, without our permission.
[DE] Enquiries are not a contract
[DE] Sending an enquiry, requesting a call, or receiving a reply does not by itself create a binding agreement or oblige either of us to proceed. A contract for work forms only when we both confirm its scope and terms in writing. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
[DE] The AI Advisory
[DE] The AI Advisory is a fixed, one-time service: a single focused session with Robin and a short written briefing afterwards. These terms apply when you book it.
[DE] Fee and payment
[DE] The fee is CHF 750, quoted in Swiss francs and payable in full when you book. Your slot is confirmed once payment clears. It is a single fixed price for the service described below — not an hourly rate, and not credited against any future work.
[DE] What we deliver
[DE] One 60-minute one-to-one session with Robin over Google Meet, followed by a written briefing — one page, perhaps two — within three business days of the session. An optional pre-session intake is offered to make the hour more targeted; completing it is voluntary.
[DE] Rescheduling and cancellation
- [DE] You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 24 hours before it starts.
- [DE] If we cancel, or cannot deliver the session or the briefing, you receive a full refund.
- [DE] Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or a no-show, are not refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.
[DE] No ongoing obligation
[DE] The Advisory ends with the briefing. There is no follow-up pitch, no proposal, and no further obligation on either side. If a larger engagement emerges from the conversation, we agree it separately, in writing.
[DE] Third-party links and services
[DE] The site links to other services — for example Mechane↗ and the client dashboard — and relies on third-party providers to run (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of sites and services we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
[DE] No warranty
[DE] The site and its content are provided “as is”. The writing here — including the Compendium — is general information reflecting our views at the time. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such.
[DE] To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site's accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Advice given in a paid Advisory session is given in good faith and to the best of our judgment, but the decisions you take remain yours.
[DE] Limitation of liability
[DE] To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Temu AG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the Advisory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent or gross negligence. Where liability for the Advisory applies, it is limited to the fee you paid for it.
[DE] Changes to these terms
[DE] We may update these terms as the site and service evolve. The current version always lives here, with the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version was last updated on 8 July 2026.
[DE] Governing law and jurisdiction
[DE] These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction the law provides for consumers.
